We recognise the increased uncertainty that Coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing and would like to offer our reassurances that the health and well being of our florists, you our valued customers and your loved ones is always our number one priority.
Here you’ll find an update on where we’re at and we’ll answer some of the questions you might have about our gifts and services at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and will amend our procedures if guidance changes.
What flowers are we delivering?
To help our us continue to run our business at a time when we have been impacted by flower shortages, therefore our collection is limited. To combat this we have created the ‘Florist Choice’ collection. Every Florist’s Choice Hand-tied is designed and created using only the freshest stems as chosen by the florist. Because every design is unique and seasonal, we can’t guarantee exactly which flowers your will be in each bouquet. You simply choose how much you’d like to spend, and let us take care of the rest.
How will my flowers be delivered?
For everyone’s peace of mind, we’ve introduced a truly contact-free delivery experience. We will place the flowers on the doorstep, knock on the recipient’s door and then stand back at a safe distance whilst they retrieve their gift. There will be no hand-to-hand contact and no need to provide a signature on delivery and if your recipient is in self-isolation or unable to answer, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place and post a calling card through the letterbox.
